Project Description<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the Youth, By the Youth is a project that provides opportunities for young people in the commonwealth and connects them to resources. Two QECT network members Aliu Toluwani Victor (Upsurge Global) and Onyinye K. Omenugha (Kate Centre for Arts and Creativity & Lawsanaid) came together through the network platform and collaborated to host programs and projects to achieve this objective. This has been done by hosting virtual events featuring social innovators to network and share insights on available opportunities. The team also plans to host more virtual events that will expose participating social innovators to funding, partnership and growth opportunities for their projects. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Outcomes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first edition of For the Youth, By the Youth quarterly events, has helped over 100 social innovators network and learn where to source for opportunities to help them amplify their social impact. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
